  • Select your registration

  • You may have to log in to register.

    • If you’re registering multiple golfers, you will have to repeat this process for each golfer. Sorry for the repetition, we don’t control this part of the site!

    • For dinner tickets, you will also have to register multiple tickets individually.

  • When is the registration deadline for the Scramble Tournament?

    The Scramble tournament registration deadline is September 1, 2023

  • What is included with my Scramble Tournament Registration?

    Scramble tournament golfers will receive:

    Greens fees + range balls for one golfer, plus golf swag, a cart and dinner at the awards ceremony.

  • What other fun things happen during the Scramble Tournament?

    Yard Dice - For a donation of five dollars, you'll roll three yard dice before your round. For each “1” that you roll, the monitor will mark your team score card & that number will be deducted from your total score to determine the winning team.

    Mulligans - For a donation of five dollars, you can buy a Mulligan to further improve your score (perhaps).

    Hole Challenges - There will be challenges on different holes for closest to the pin, longest drive & longest putt for both men & women. Prizes will be awarded at the Awards Ceremony

  • Is it possible to request an early or later tee time?

    If you have scheduling issues and need an early or later tee time to accommodate your schedule, just make a note in your registration or email puttinphorepoots@gmail.com and we will do what we can to accommodate.

  • What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

    If the course has to close, we will not reschedule the Puttin PHore Poots golf tournament. If the golf can’t happen, our intention is to continue with the rest of the days events (Awards Ceremony, Silent Auction & Raffle), just no golf.

  • How do I order my event merch?

    All registered golfers will receive a golf towel. Limited amount of special tenth anniversary hats will be available for purchase.

  • Do I need to sign up as a team?

    If you have a foursome for the scramble tournament, you can register your entire team, paying the full amount. You can then collect individual fees from each of your teammates.

    If you don’t have a foursome or don’t want to register your entire team, you can register as an individual & then make a note in the comments who you’d like to golf with.

  • How much is registration for the Scramble Tournament?

    $90 for an individual. $360 for a foursome.

  • Are groups larger than four allowed?

    Unfortunately no. We can only accommodate foursomes.

  • If I'm not golfing and not registered, can I ride along with my friends?

    Unregistered non-golfers and ride alongs are not allowed on the course.

  • I'm not able to golf or I'm not in the area. How can I support?

    We would love your support! You can make a cash donation on the Puttin PHore Poots registration site.

How do the golf prizes work?

Golf prizes are awarded for the following:

Winning team

Closest to the pin - male

Closest to the pin - female

Longest putt - male

Longest putt - female

Longest drive - male

Longest drive - female

How does the raffle work?

Raffle tickets are sold at the golf tournament, lawn games courtyard & awards ceremony. Price is $4 each or 5 for $20. A list of some of the prizes will be available at all locations.

You will need to write your name on the back of one half of the ticket & place in the box/basket. Winning tickets will be drawn at the Awards Ceremony. You need to be present to win.

Can I attend the awards ceremony if I don’t purchase a meal ticket?

If you’d like to participate in the silent auction & raffle but would rather not eat, you are welcome to join us!

How does the silent auction work?

We will have all of the silent auction items for you to view at the Awards Ceremony. All silent auction bids and final payment will be done online and electronically. At 5:30, bidding will close & winners determined. We will call your name if you are the winner & then you can pay onlines & collect your item(s).

Will there be electronic bidding for the silent auction?

Yes! There will be electronic bidding in 2023! Stay tuned!
